Abstract

In the new age,era of knowledge-driven economy,higher vocational education has begun to implement a new round of pilot reforms in professional field of teaching.The mode of talents training is being enriched in connotation by means of re-practice.This article expounds the talents training in higher vocational education of the new period through the planes of characteristic,basic mode,existing problems and reform strategies.
