On Talents Training Modes for Foreign Higher Vocational Education and Their Enlightenment

In the context of constructing harmonious society and talents strategy,made a comparative study of the world's more advanced higher vocational training modes.Based on this,according to four dimensions of educational thought,training objectives,practical teaching and the teaching staff construction,their enlightenment on talents training mode for domestic higher vocational education was discussed,providing new ideas for the reform of training mode,which is to construct talents training mode of higher vocational colleges based on the career planning.
