Abstract

The exploration of talents' training pattern in higher vocational education has achieved the first leap from practice to theory since1990's.Higher vocational education starts to the new teaching reform after entering new century.The intension of talents' training pattern is being rich and will achieve the second leap through re-practice.So the article discusses the characteristics of talents' training pattern from3aspects of training target,subject and safeguard system.
