The Problems and Countermeasures of Current Performance Management

Abstract

With the improvement of China's market economic system and the entrance of WTO,the competition and pressure faced by Chinese enterprises becomes fiercer.It is difficult for enterprises to make huge profits and rapid development by filling the market gap,so we should pay attention to performance management and promote efficiency.This essay discusses the prevailing problems and suggests some countermeasures to strengthen performance management.
