Under the circumstance of some colleges and universities adoptingjob quota systemto evaluate teachers, this paper researches on college Teachers'optimize system performance evaluation.Firstly, it analysis the current performance evaluation of scientific research and points out the problem;secondly, it gives the reasons from several aspects such as the guiding ideology, the current assessment system and the differences between subjects;finally the paper proposes countermeasures to optimize the system.
