linical Effects of Amlodipine Combined Irbesartan in Treatment of Hypertension

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of amlodipine combined irbesartan in treatment of hypertension. Method:90 patients who were diagnosed hypertension outpatients or inpatient were chosen in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 45 cases. The control group were given amlodipine and the observation group were given irbesartan besides amlodipine.Blood pressure values and routine examination and treatment effect were regared as detection index after two courses of treatment.Result:After two courses, systolic and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were decreased. Compared to the control group,the observation group had significant decrease in blood pressure difference (P0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,and the control group was 73.3%,total effective rate difference was significant (P0.05).Three cases had dizziness,headache,facial flushing adverse reactions in the observation group,2 cases had adverse reactions in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (字2=0.21,P0.05).Conclusion:Antihypertensive effect of amlodipine combined irbesartan is good in treatment of hypertension,and it is safe,stable and lasting,so it is considered as the first-choice drug of antihypertensive treatment.
