Abstract
Rifampicin microspheres production process is optimized through orthogonal experiment and uni-variation conditions,such as the type of surfactant,the amount of emulsifier,emulsifying temperature,emulsifying time,stirring speed,the proportion of the water phase and the organic phase and the concentration of gelatin.The experimental results show that the optimal conditions are the ratio of span-80and tween-80(1∶3)to form emulsifiers,the amount of emulsifier is 3.5%,emulsifying time is 35min,emulsifying temperature is 65℃,the stirring speed is 900r/min,ratio of water to oil is 1∶20,the gelatin concentration is 0.15g/mL
