Abstract
The judgment method of emulsifying effect in the process of microencapsulated phase change materials(MPCMs)via interfacial polymerization is presented.The effect of the ammount of emulsifier,emulsifying time,emulsifying temperature,stirring shear speed on emulsifying are discussed.The results show that the stable and even emulsion with 4 μm diameter are obtained with the amount of emulsifier OP-10 as 1.4%,the emulsifying time as 5 min,emulsifying temperature as 40 ℃,stirring shear speed as 900 r/min.
