Abstract
The genetic diversities of 70 maize inbred lines and 6 domestic standard testers were analyzed with SSR markers. 26 polymorphic SSR primes were screened from 80 SSR primers. The results showed that 80 alleles were detected in 26 primers among 76 maize inbred lines. The number of alleles per SSR locus was ranged from 2 to 6 with an average of 3.08. The value of polymorphism information content(PIC) for each SSR locus varied from 0.18 to 0.80 with an average of 0.45. The results of UPGMA analysis showed that 70 maize inbred lines were classified into 6 heterotic groups(i. e. PA, Lancaster, Lvda Red Cob, Sipingtou, PB and BSSS).
