Internet addiction and its influence factors among undergraduates and high school students in Daqing city

Abstract

Objective To understand epidemiological characteristic of internet addiction among undergraduate and high school students and to explore its influencing factors for prevention and intervention of the disorder.Methods With stratified clustering random sampleing,2010 students were surveyed with Internet Addiction Impairment Scale.Results The incidence of internet addiction was 10.7%.Gender,interest in learning and other factors were influencing factors of internet addiction.Conclusion Internet addiction should be interfered based on its influencing factors.
