The Key to Deepening the Reform of State-owned Enterprises in Guangxi Is to Improve Corporate Governance

According to the problems of corporate governance of state-owned enterprises in Guangxi,this paper makes a study of the problems that should be solved in building corporate governance of modern enterprises.Firstly,the understanding of theory should be made.Secondly,in practice,we should establish incentive and disciplinary mechanisms with corporate governance of the joint-stock system and human capital by introducing diversified entities of capital proprietary rights.
