Abstract
By combining with the reform of the company system in the state-owned enterprises in our country,the paper analyzes the problems in the corporate governance structure in the state-owned enterprises in our country,points out some relative suggestions and strategies for the enhancement and improvement for the corporate governance structure,so as to improve the market competition of enterprises.
