Abstract
Objective:To study the effects of Shuluo Huaxian granule on hepatic fibrosis in rats.Methods:Rats liver fibrosis model were conducted by immune injury(swine serum intraperitoneal injection) preparation.Continuous made 10 weeks after treatment mode in rats,Shuluo Huaxian granule(large,medium and small three dose) was administered intragastrically for 10 weeks,and rats behavior were recorded daily.Blood samples were collected for serum biochemical indicators,serum and liver tissue index of liver fibrosis changes,and liver tissue pathology.Results:Shuluo Huaxian granule could improved rats behavior generally compared with model group.Serum alanine amino shift enzyme(ALT),aspartate amino shift enzyme(AST),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and gamma-glutamine acyl shift enzyme(GGT) in Shuluo Huaxian granule treated(large,medium and small three dose) groups was significantly lower than model group(P 0.01 or P 0.05).Total bilirubin(TBil) in high-dose group decreased obviously compared with model group(P 0.05).Precursor Ⅲ collagen(PCⅢ),Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C),hyaluronic acid(HA) and layer mucin(LN) of serum and liver tissue in three-dose groups was significantly lower than model group(P 0.01 or P 0.05).Collagen fiber of liver tissue in big and middle dose groups decreased obviously than model group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Shuluo Huaxian granule can efficiently inhibit hepatic fibrosis on the immune injury rats.
