On Method of Balanced Regional Economic Development in Sichuan Minority Regions

Abstract
The present paper investigates the disparity in the regional economic development in Sichuan minority concentrated regions from the aspects of economic aggregate,per capita economical level and economic growth rate.The paper proposes that the following countermeasures be employed to promote the balanced regional economic development: giving full play to regional resource advantage,enhancing the construction of traffic network,developing education,implementing the inclined pro-poor policy and building the legal system for balanced regional development.
