Abstract
By using the achievements of the regional economic growth theory in Western Economics for reference, and by complying with the objective requirements of social development, give full play to the advantages of natural resources and economic factors in different regions of Xinjiang, serve regional division of labour as the basis and economically more developed big cities as the center, and the second Asia-Europe Continental Bridge as the axis, bring along the surrounding cities and villages by economic radiation and attraction, thus shape up an integrated net of production circulation, and give an impetus to the fully development of Xinjiang's economy.
