Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Irbesartan combined with astragalus injection treatment on microcirculation dysfunction and oxidative stress index in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods:A total of 108 elderly diabetic nephropathy patients treated in our hospital for treatment were selected and randomly divided into the control groups(54cases)and the observation groups(54cases)according to different treatment methods.Patients in the control groups treated with lowering blood glucose, blood lipid regulating routine treatment, and orally 150 mg irbesartan tablets once daily while the observation group was given intravenous injection 50 mL Huangqi injection based on the conventional treatment. Then changes of renal function, blood glucose index and the effects of oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups. Results:The indexes of renal function in patients:bun,SCR,UAER,24 h Upro levels and glycemic index FPG,HbA1 cin the observation groups were significantly lower than that before treatment and were also significant lower than thatof the control group after treatment(P0.05).The level of NO and 6-Keto-PGF-1ain the observation groups were significantly higher than that of before treatment and were also significant higher than that of the control group after treatment(P0.05);while the level of ET-1and TXB2 levels were significantly lower than that before treatment and were also significant lower than that of the control group after treatment(P 0.05).The level of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-a and hs-CRP in the observation groups were significantly lower than that before treatment and were also significant lower than that of the control group after treatment(P 0.05).Conclusions:Irbesartan combining with astragalus injection could significantly improve renal function and reduce proteinuria in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy. The mechanism may be related to the improvement of renal microcirculation disturbance and the oxidative stress.
