The review and reflection on the 30 years history of university loan in our country——From the perspective of correlative policy and system

It is inevitable and rational for the existence of university loan from the perspective of the correlative policy in the last 30 years in our country.And the 30 years history of university loan can be divided into three stages: the stage of giving priority to foreign capital loan;the stage of giving priority to loan for school-run enterprises and little loan for school infrastructure construction;the stage of giving priority to loan for campus construction.Now,because it is affected by many factors,the loan for campus construction moves from a rational historic choice to a serious problem,and government giving policy encouragement but missing system design on university loan is a main factor.If the financing channels can not be changed greatly,universities will regard the loan as their main source of development in a long time.
