An Exploration of Loan Problems in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
In view of the huge loan in colleges and universities in our country,the article gives a description of the loan characteristics possessed by colleges and universities,such as the longer investment cycle,the huger amount of loan money,the single form of guarantee and the single channel of paying back money;the essay also explores how to prevent loan risk by building the forecast alarm system of loan risk and determining loan scale reasonably;it also provides some views on how to manage the loan in colleges and universities by means of budget management,ensuring earmarking the fund for its specified purpose and strengthening the management of loan investment items.
