Abstract

Urea with different concentrations was added into culture substrates and its effect on mycelial growth, yield and biological efficiency in Flammulina velutipes cultivation was studied. The results showed that addition of 0.2%(w·w-1)urea to culture substrate markly enhanced mycelial growth, yield and biological efficiency(0.31 cm·d-1,210 g·bag-1 and 70.0% respectively).
