Abstract

Objective To explore the job satisfaction of clinical nurses in hospital and its influential factors.Methods A total of 501 nurses were involved,by stratified sampling method,in accordance with the professional title and the department proportion and surveyed with Job Satisfaction Scale.Results The overall satisfaction of clinical nurses was in the degree of quite satisfaction,but they were not satisfied with the welfare and the balance of family and work.The influential factors were work experience and the causes of choising occupation.Conclusion The administrator should improve working conditions and job satisfaction of nurses under the prerequisite of integrating the medical environment conditions of our country and fully considering whether the basic needs of nurses to be met.
