Abstract
Objective To investigate the job satisfaction and analyze its influencing factors among nurses in 2-level and above general hospitals in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.Methods A total of 2 845 nurses who came from 61 2-level and above hospitals were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire.Results The score of nurses' job satisfaction was(3.72±0.42).The influencing factors of nurses' job satisfaction were nationality,age,kinds of work contract and hospital grades.Conclusion According to the infulencing factors of nurses' job satisfaction,it is necessary to take regional and national intervention measures for Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to improve nurses' job satisfaction.
