Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Xinfukangoral liquid(XFK) on cardiac function in heart failure rats after myocardial infarction.Methods SD rats were randomly divided into a modeling group and a sham operation group,the rat model with heart failure after myocardial infarction was established by ligaturing the left anterior descending coronary artery in the modeling group,which was randomly divided into a model group,a trimetazidine group,a high,medium and low-dose XFK group,and continuous intragastric administration was treated in each group for 8 weeks,echcardiography was applied to observe the change of cardiac function in rats after 8 weeks.Results Compared with the sham operation group,LVIDd,LVIDs,LVEDV,LVESV in the model group were significantly increased(P0.01),while EF,FS,CO decreased significantly(P0.01).Compared with the model group,LVIDd,LVIDs,LVEDV,LVESV in the trimetazidine group,the high and low-dose XFK groups were obviously lowered(P0.05 or P0.01),while EF,FS,CO significantly increased(P0.01).Conclusion XFK could improve the cardiac function of heart failure after myocardial infarction in model rat.
