Abstract
Objective To investigate the prognostic value of interleukin 15 combinate with the model for end-stage liver disease score in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods Interleukin 15 combinate with the model for end-stage liver disease score,MELD score and Child-Pugh score of 105 patients with liver cirrhosis,91 patients with hepatitis B and 101 patients with severe hepatitis were recorded,and the prognostic value were compared.Results Interleukin 15 combinate with the model for end-stage liver disease score,MELD scores and Child-Pugh score had significant difference between died group and living group(P0.05).The area under ROC of interleukin 15 combinate the model for end-stage liver disease score,MELD scores and Child-Pugh score were 0.825,0.814,and 0.779 respectively.There were significant difference between interleukin 15 combinate the model for end-stage liver disease score,MELD score and Child-Pugh score(P0.05),no significant difference between interleukin 15 combinate the model for end-stage liver disease score and MELD score(P0.05).Prognostic value of each scores were lower in liver cirrhosis group than in hepatitis B and severe hepatitis groups,and in severe hepatitis groups,there were significant difference between interleukin 15 combinate with the model for end-stage liver disease score and Child-Pugh score(P0.05).Conclusions The prognostic value of interleukin 15 combinate with the model for end-stage liver disease score system is superior than that of Child-Pugh score in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
