Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of glass fiber post core crown on crown fracture restoration of immature permanent tooth. Methods Forty-two patients with 59 crown fracture were selected.Vitapex was used in apexification, and the residual crowns and roots were restored with the glass fiber post core crown. The patients were reexamined at months 3,6,9,12 after operation. Results Of 59 teeth,57 were successful at month 12 after operation, and the successful rate were 96.6%.Conclusion The apexification and glass fiber post core crown could meet the clinical need of fracture restoration of immature permanent tooth.
