Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of individualized psychological intervention on anxiety and depression of AIDS patients.Method:Seventy patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group received individual psychological intervention on the basis of medicine and the control group medicine.In six weeks total scores and item deductions were calculated with HAMD and HAMA.Result:The comparison in total scores presented significant differences between both groups(P 0.01),the comparisons in item deductions except factors also had significant differences.Conclusion:Individualized psychological intervention could relieve the anxiety and depression of AIDS patients,prolong the development of the disease and raise life quality.
