Abstract
Objective Evidence for targeted therapy and nursing was established by measurement and evaluation on quality of life and its influence factors in patients with long-term hemodialysis. Methods The quality of life in 150 patients with long-term hemodialysis in Renji hospital was measured and evaluated with SF-36 Quality of Life Scale(QOLS).The influence factors on quality of life were processed with single factor analysis and with multifactorial stepwise regression analysis. Results The index of total score of SF-36 in patients with hemodialysis was 38.2-137(mean 104.53±17.27).The total scores of 42.4% of patients with hemodialysis were lower than the mean score. The related coefficients in the 8 sub-items of SF-36 in patients with hemodialysis were of significance(P0.01).Conclusion Evaluation on quality of life in patients with hemodialysis through SF-36 indicated that the health quality in the patients became worse.
