Abstract

Objective: Patients on hemodialysis survival and influencing factors were studied. Methods: Statistics from February 2012 to October 2012 were treated 79 cases of hemodialysis patients' health quality of life( SF-36),kidney dialysis-related quality of life( KDTA) and influencing factors were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The patients SF-36 score was 48. 54 ± 13. 77; KDTA score was 55. 03 ± 8.87. Hemoglobin, serum albumin, prealbumin and other nutritional indicators in maintenance hemodialysis patients positively correlated; intact parathyroid hormone in patients on maintenance hemodialysis negative correlation. Conclusion: Patients effectively correct anemia, and actively improve the nutritional status of patients, avoiding hyperparathyroidism can improve maintenance hemodialysis patients quality of life.
