Abstract

Objective: To study the effects of Kujingcha extracts on blood lipid of hyperlipidemic mice.Methods: A test model of mice is made according to lipid level of the animals.50 animals are divided into 5 groups: the group with high dosages(Kujingcha extracts,1.67 g·kg~(-1)),the group with low dosages(Kujingcha extracts,0.67 g·kg~(-1)),the simvastatin treatment group (3 mg·kg~(-1)),the contrast group with hyperlipidemia,and normal group.All mice,except the normal group are fed on hyperlipidemic food.Then the influences of Kujingcha extracts on triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high-density 1ipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) of serum in mice were determined.Results: The Kujingcha extracts could reduce the level of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and raise serum HDL-C level.The effect of simvastatin on lipidemia was less than that of the high dosage group,but almost as effective as that of the low dosage group.Conclusion: Kujingcha extracts have a certain regulation action on blood-fat.
