Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum C-reactive protein(CRP) in the patients with the acute exacerbation and remission of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),meanwhile to reasch the relationship between CRP and pulmonary function. Methods To select 46 patients and detect the changes of CRP level, leukocyte counts(WBC),neutrophil counts(N),Xiechen(ESR),pulmonary function FEV1% before and after treatment. To compare the changes of this index. Results Patients with COPD aggravating period was higher than other lob CRP index. The after-treatment significant improvement(P0.01).There are negative correlation between CRP level and pulmonary function FEV1% before and after treatment, but there is no significance in statistics(P0.05).Conclusion The serum CRP level is a sensitive index in COPD patients with acute exacerbations, and it is also a good index to judge the early therapeutic efficacy in COPD patients with acute exacerbations.
