Standardizing the market competition order and strengthening the control of monopoly

Market economy is a kind of regular economy, competitive economy and legal economy. The idea of monopolism we discuss here is not only the monopoly of production and market, but also all kinds of behavior excluding competition, namely behavior restraining competition. Monopolism in China mostly does not rely on the centralization of production but by right of administration force. The department monopolism and region quarantine blocked forming a large national market and worsen the market competition condition. One of the most effective methods to punish the monopoly is to establish rules of law against monopoly, strengthen the control of monopoly and encourage the orderly competition.
