EU Antitrust Enforcement and the Reference to China

Anti-Monopoly Law which belongs to competition law,is one kind of legal methods adjusting market economy.One of market economy's characteristics is strong and inflexible competitiveness and competition is the fountain that can protect market economy's vitality.Competition's development will result in enhancement and collection of economic entity's strength,and then leads to monopoly,and monopoly will reject competition,and market economy,which lost competitive vitality,will represent depression and confusion.Comparing with other countries and districts,monopoly law's constitution and implement in EU are in the lead,but it also has its disadvantages.We should draw lesson from the implement of EU's monopoly law and develop China's monopoly's implement.
