Clinical Observation of Amiodarone for Heart Failure Patients of Ventricular Arrhythmia in 40 Cases

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with ventricular.Methods:80 cases with chronic heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The two groups were given routine anti heart failure treatment,lidocaine was given to the control group,and amiodarone was given to observation group at the same time.the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was 95%,The total effective rate in the control group was 78%,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than thatin the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate in the observation group after treatment compared with those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions:The curative effect of amiodarone on heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia treatment is significant,and amiodarone is helpful to improve clinical symptoms and signs.
