Clinical analysis of Amiodarone in treatment of 120 cases of heart failure patients with arrhythmia

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of Amiodarone in treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of heart failure patients with arrhythmia were divided into observation group(63 cases) and control group(57 cases) respectively.On the premise of that all patients didn't take any other antiarrhythmic drugs,two groups were injected suitable digitalis,enough diureticum,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor(ACEI) and β-receptor blocker against heart failure.On the basis of above drugs,patients of observation group were given Amiodarone oral.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 93.6%,the rate was higher than control group (P 0.01).After taken Amiodarone,3 cases of observation group had nausea,anorexia and constipation,transaminase of 1 case increased about 1.5 to 4 times than before,but no severe adverse reactions in two groups were observed.Conclusion The Amiodarone is safe,effective and has little side-effect in treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia.
