Abstract

Objective:To discuss the effect of continuous quality improvement applied in nursing quality management of NICU.Methods:By editing various inspection and assessment standard of nursing quality,supervise and urge management in inspection and assessment,and keep on summarizing,rectifying and reforming the existing problems in nursing.Results:Nursing quality keeps upgrading,and degree of satisfaction of patients and the family goes up.Conclusion:By applying continuous quality improvement in NICU nursing quality management to set up a virtuous circle pattern,we can effectively control the occurrence of bad factors and guarantee the nursing quality.
