Function of management about nursing quality in quality control

Abstract

Objective:To explore function of quality management of how to improve nursing quality and undergo nursing quality control.Method:We have design indexes of nursing quality management and quality control system and checking standard,evaluated them regularly.Result:Nursing satisfactory degree reached 98%～100%.Conclusion:Nursing quality objective management system can improve efficacy and standard of nursing improve hospital image strengthen hospital's competitive ability.
