Abstract
Objective: Through the improvement of sustainable control of emergency nursing quality,to explore the effective nursing quality continuous improvement system.Methods: Took the head nurse-quality control and quality control in QC group,the nursing quality of the department to conduct a comprehensive,ongoing management and control,and establish active information feedback system.Results: Through many aspects,continuous quality control,truly found improvement,so as to achieve continuous improvement of nursing quality,eliminate the nursing defects and the occurrence of adverse events,improve nursing quality and management level.Conclusion: The quality control mode of head nurse-QC team is an effective nursing quality improvement.
