A Study on the Legislation Form of Trade Secret Law

Under the epoch background of which technique is life and information is money,the competition between corporations has increasingly evolved the exploitation and possession of the new technique and management information.Trade secret has increasingly become the key factor of competitions and the new hotspot of judicature protection all over the world.This thesis evaluates the theories and practices about the legislation form of trade secret law in some representative countries and areas of the world.Then it reviews the trade secret law in China to find its defects and limitations,and believes that our legal system must be constantly promoted and we do need a Uniform Trade Secret Law.
