Abstract
Objective: To explore the relation between myocardium zyme of newborwn asphyxia and myocardium damage. Methods: 41 cases of pediatrics patients were devided into two groups, including the low asphyxia and the other group of high asphyxia. 15 cases of the control group without asphyxia were hospitalized patients in the same period. All patients were tested myocardiumzyme by OLYMPUS AU400. Result: There were significant differences among three groups (P0.01). There was a positive coeffient between all zymes include AST, LDH, CK AND CK-MB and the degree of asphyxia. Conclusion: The level of myocardium zyme is a very good mark in judging myocardium damage of newborwn asphyxia.
