Abstract

A high-performance liquid chromatography method for the multi-residues determination of sulfadiazine, sulfamethazine, sulfamethoxypyridazine, sulfamonomethoxine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfadimethoxine and sulfaquinoxaline in eggs was described in this paper. The egg samples were extracted with dichloromethane.and cleaned upon by a C-18 column solid-phase extraction(SPE).The calibration curves for seven sulfonamides were linear in a concentration range of 0.05—(0.20 mg/kg)(r=0.999 5—0.999 9).The recoveries at levels of 0.05,0.10,(0.20 mg/kg) fortified samples ranged from 73.2%—102.6%,with coefficient of variation of 1.8%—8.7%.The limits of detection were 0.01—(0.03 mg/kg).It is a high-accurate,stable and less time-consuming method, which provide a valid analytical method for eggs quality control and assessment.
