Abstract
A high-performance liquid chromatography method for the residues determination of sulfadiazine,sulfamethazine,sulfamethoxypyridazine,sulfamethoxazole,sulfadimethoxine and sulfaquinoxaline in eggs was established.The egg samples were extracted with acetonitrile,and cleaned up on by a silica SPE.The calibration curves for six sulfonamides were linear in a concentration range of 0.01~1.0 μg/ mL(R2=0.9999~1).The recoveries at levels of 0.05~0.15 mg/kg fortified samples ranged from 74.6%~94.3%.The limits of detection were 0.00185~0.00264 mg/kg and the limits of quantification less than 0.0112 mg/kg.
