Abstract
Interlanguage is a language with intermediate structure between native and target languages, which has both positive and negative effects for language learning. With the theory of interlanguage, by means of the error analysis of interlanguage in English writings from 30 non-English-major sophomores in a vocational college, the reason to cause such error is explained, the common elements of interlanguage in English writing of higher vocational college students is explored, so that relevant teaching strategies can be applied,and students English can be improved.
