Research on the concept system and constructing mode of low carbon tourism based on low carbon economy

Low carbon economy is a new economic model of low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission.It is a great progress of human society after the agriculture civilization and industrial civilization.As a form of low carbon economy,low carbon tourism represents the trend of the world's tourism industry in the future.Low carbon economy mainly includes three factors: macroscopical low carbon decision—making, microcosmic low carbon production and low carbon consumption.Based on the three points of low carbon economy,the article redefines the low carbon tourism,analyzes the differences and links among low carbon tourism,eco — tourism and sustainable tourism. Besides,it expounds the trinity of the low carbon tourism constructing mode: macroscopical low carbon decision — making(governmental low carbon decision;creation of low carbon environment),microcosmic low carbon production(tourist enterprises' low carbon production: innovation of low carbon management)and low carbon consumption (tourists' low carbon consumption: changing to low carbon lifestyle).
