Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect of Percutaneous Coblation Nucleoplasty(PCN)in the diagnosis and treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods: 25 patients(averaged age of 43.8) with sympathetic cervical spondylosi were treated with PCN.Their effects were evaluated using the subjective satisfactory degree of the patients. Results: All the patients were followed up at least 6 months. The subjective satisfactory degree of the patients was 84%. Conclusion:PCN has been found to be an effective procedure for sympathetic cervical spondylosis.
