Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of perioperative nursing in cervical spondylosis treatment by percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty, and their complications and innuence on the stability of the cenrical. Methods Retrospective anlysis perioperative nuring method of 39 cervical spondylosis patients treamtment by percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty, including mental nursing, perioperative education, postoperation nuring and complicational monitor. Results 39 patients operation succeed,30 patients nect shoulder pain disappeared,90% patient satisfactorly relieved. Some patients of sympathetic cervical spondylosis werent very satisfactory. All patients without tracheal, esophageal, spinal cord and nerve root injury. Conclusion Percutaneous coablation nucleoplasty is a safe, effective and minimally invasive treatment of cervical spondylosis.Perfect perioperation nuring can improve the success rate,it can effectively prevent complication.
