Abstract
Arts master's professional degree education is a form of professional degree graduate education,it is different from traditional teaching methods lay particular stress on theory teaching graduate student education of academic research,but relative to the academic graduate degree type.At present our country graduate degree in art education training management of biased perception of inadequate development conditions of teaching management is not perfect quality supervision system and evaluation mechanism of teachers to enrich the practical problems such as proposed in this paper,we should change teaching idea foundation condition specification teaching management process to strengthen the construction of teaching staff and so on.
