The study on relationship between serum liporotein(a)and coronary heart disease.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum lipoprotein(a) and coronary heart disease. Methods The Lp(a) concentration of 40 patients with coronary heart disease were measured,and controlled with 40 health men. Resuls the Lp(a) concentration of patients with coronary heart disease was obviously higher than that of health men (P0.01),and showed no obvious correlation with CH、TG、apoA、apoB(P0.05). Conclusion There is close relationship between coronary heart disease and serum Lp(a).
