Abstract

Objective To probe into the serum lipoprotein(a)changes and the function of the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Adopt the serum lipoprotein(a)from the determined heart disease patient and the healthy control group respectively. Results The level of the serum lipoprotein(a)of coronary heart disease patients is obviously higher than that of the health control group(0.368±0.176 and 0.155± 0.110 g/L);As a result, there is a significant difference(P0.01).Conclusion The rising of the level of serum lipoprotein(a)in the patients is closely related to the emergence of coronary heart disease,so it is of great importance in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis as well as treatment of coronary heart disease.
