Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with Trimetazidine on coronary heart disease angina( CHDA). Methods: 160 cases with CHDA were randomized into control group and observation group and both groups were given conventional treatment. Additionally, control group were given Trimetazidine and treatment group were given Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with Trimetazidine. After 60 days of treatment for both groups, the clinical effects and relative indexes in the two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate was 82. 50% in control group and 95. 00% in observation group, with statistical significance( P 0. 05). The relative indexes of hemorheology in observation group( whole blood viscosity, serum viscosity, hematokrit) got significantly improved when compared these in control group, with statistical significance( P 0. 05). The indexes of liver and kidney function didn't got obvious change after the treatment in both groups( P 0. 05);there no significant difference between the two groups( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction combined with Trimetazidine has remarkable effects on CHDA.
