Cninical observation of 34 cases of coronary heart disease treated by Kuoguanxiaoyu decoction

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Kuoguanxiaoyu decoction on coronary heart disease. Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 34 patients in control group were treated with isosorbide dinitrate and enteric soluble aspirin; based on the treatment in control group,the other 34 patients in treatment group were treated with Kuoguanxiaoyu decoction,with a treatment course of 30 days for two courses. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 91.18%,and the improvement rate of ECG was 85.29;while the rates in control group were 61.7% and 52.9% respectively.There was a significant difference between the two groups  (P0.05). The indexes of hemorrheology, blood fat in nail fold microciuculation and ECG were improved significantly in treatment group (P0.05 or P0.01), as compared with those in control group.Conclusion Kuoguanxiaoyu decoction is effective in treating coronary heart disease.
