Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of aspirin enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 87 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in group A 100mg oral aspirin,43 cases of B group 300mg oral aspirin, two groups were combined with subcutaneous injection of low molecular heparin in treatment of 5000U.In 1 weeks for 1 courses,3 courses at the end of two groups was observed before and after treatment the clinical curative effect and nervous function defect score. Results In A group, the total effective rate was 72.7%,in B group, the total effective rate was 93.0%,therapeutic effects in the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Before treatment, treatment at the end of the first course in two groups of patients with neurological deficit score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant(P0.05);treatment at the end of the second course,at the end of the third course in two groups of patients with neurological deficit score comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion 300mg oral aspirin study group treatment is superior to the 100mg oral aspirin study group, curative effect is exact, marked neurological improvement.
